Insolvency Senior. $78 – 71K Develop IA Expertise? - NSW
Insolvency Senior An environment that is conducive to developing commercial and IA expertise. You will have carriage of formal insolvencies under $5 million and lead a team of two or three people. For administrations of turnover more than $5m you will report to the appointee. Apart from managing statutory obligations you will undertake: - Cessation of trading, including disclaiming of leased assets and finalisation of trade-on liabilities
- Quantifying employees’ entitlements and dealing with staffing issues, including terminating contracts of employment
- Preserving, protecting and realising assets particularly cash at bank, debtors and stock
- ROT issues
- Date of insolvency report
- Investigating antecedent transactions, including unfair preferences, uncommercial transactions and claims against directors for insolvent trading
- Trade on and selling of businesses
