You won't be disappointed by the case load here. You will manage approximately 45 clients - 7 of which are new to the business. These clients will have turnovers that range between $50M - $200M. Your clients? HNW groups, ASX and SME’s are the prime focus here.
Enjoy having straight forward input into management decision making with regular open forums held on a per quarter basis and more regularly with open yet casual access to all levels. This role will see you have a heavier hand in advising and assisting your clients to shape their business expectations and outcomes for the next few years. This will give you an extended seat to the table combined with a flexible and autonomous approach to develop management of your team.
Results are just as important as your Self-Development within the firm. An open door policy enables one-one support from the Partners and Directors. The recent pipeline of growth will lead to Partnership possibilities within the next 2 years.
