Your New Team
Your team is led by an ambitious Business Advisory Manager who is becoming a Partner over the next 18 months as the base increases. Below you are a team of high performing Senior's, Intermediate's and Juniors - the team is very close knit and work together leveraging off each others strengths. Several of the other Senior's prefer the compliance work, leaving the advisory on complex tax matters for you.
Due to the success of the current Partners bringing in business at a rapid rate, the Partnership base is growing. The current Business Services Manager will assume a Partner position in 18 months, leaving his role available for taking. He joined the firm 5 years ago and is proof they arent afraid to promote quickly.
Direct mentorship from the Partners will provide you with the necessary skills in client acquisition, networking and tax banter.
In a client facing role you will primarily be advising clients on hwo best to structure their business and different specific state taxes. The client portfolio is primarily made up of large privates, who will rely on you for tax consulting services including estate planning, business acquisitions and profit/loss forecasting. Iinvolvement in industries in the Australian, USA and NZ markets allows you broad exposure with you working with turnovers up to $200M.
