Direct Mentoring
No one day will be the same working within this pooled team of like-minded colleagues. You will work with A list clients, building and growing strong relationships. Your technical skills will develop as you receive continuous training and up skilling from the Ex Big-4 Partner that you work closely with. He brings an abundance of valuable technical and "soft skills" that you can absorb and offers a Big-4 approach and methodology without the associated bureaucracy and red tape. Opportunity to gain/develop experience in consulting, virtual CFO duties and specialist taxation projects will see accelerated growth.
Your Clients
Your clients will be made up of turnovers up to and over $100M. Focus on technical and complex work for groups and companies, there is minimal Individual returns, only those that are attached to the companies themselves.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity you must be completing/completed the CA qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in an Australian public practice firm.
