Initially, within this Big 4 environment, 20% of the role is focused on consulting work which includes things like modelling; business improvement and restructuring; asset protection and succession planning. This component of the role is set to grow as you develop you skillset and compliance is gradually sent offshore or Automated. With a clear goal of becoming the number one choice for tax advice, this Big 4 firm seeks talented and high performing Accountants that can effectively settle in and grow with the firm.

Among other things this program will build on your strengths and areas of improvement and identify long term goals and aspirations and overall growth.
